HomeBenefitsPlus offers a rebate of 25% of the total commission earned by the Real Estate agent representing you in the transaction, when you complete your real estate transaction through the HomeBenefitsPlus program. No Rebate is available if you contact a real estate agent on your own, before enrolling in the HomeBenefitsPlus program.
Remember, there are two sides to every transaction, buyer’s and seller’s. The commission is generally paid by the seller both to the agent representing the seller and the agent representing the buyer. A total commission paid by a seller of 6% might be split 3% to the buyer’s agent and 3% to the seller’s agent. COMMISSIONS ARE NEGOTIABLE BY LAW.
You can use the HomeBenefitsPlus program each time you buy or sell residential real estate, with no limit.
To learn more about how the program works and how you get your rebate contact CU Mortgage Division in Lacey Washington at (360) 539-4687 or Cathryn Warren from Home Benefits Plus at (888)-603-9563.
